Booking accommodation in England from Canada was very quick and easy. The site told me all the regular information I might need to know, and more! (price options, detailed descriptions + photos of rooms, etc.) Very impressive!
Since I had food allergies, I sent an email asking if the B&B I chose could accommodate that. I received an immediate automated response telling me I'd receive an answer within 48 hours, but shortly after that I received an email from a real person telling me they'd called the B&B and couldn't get through, and a 2nd email by the end of the day giving me my answer. The prompt response allowed me to book the accommodation within 24 hours of initiating the questions. I understand there was some persistence on the part of LateRooms staff to get a quick answer from the B&B, due to their busyness.
The whole booking experience was excellent, and I'm looking forward to my actual stay!
