Website was easy to follow and logically ordered. Information about room differences was clear.
What was not so convenient was there was no email address or phone number to make direct inquiries for questions not addressed by the website. For example I had wanted to inquire about a week's booking, assuming this would be a different rate than 7 x daily rate. I sent an email to late rooms.com but no response was given. I have since decided to stay for only 2 nights as a consequence so you could conclude that this lack of information led to less business.
