Although booking the hotel was so easy, I was disappointed because I had to cancel the booking and as yet have not received cancellation confirmation through LateRooms.com. When I contacted the hotel, I was advised to wait for the confirmation of cancellation to come through from LateRooms however, after twenty four hours I still hadn't receive same and therefore cancelled again - I am STILL waiting for confirmation and therefore feeling disappointed with the service received.
I had booked the weekend for six cousins (from various parts of the country ranging from Surrey to Inverness) to rendezvous however, due to unforseen circumstances, I have had to cancel.
I do hope this feedback will be taken on board and that no other users will experience the same as me.
