“Total nightmare ”

The whole experience from start to finish. This Was a bday present,I made the booking with credit card, them received a phone call to say I needed to call back ASAP or the booking would be canceled I needed to ring them with the credit card used to book to pay 2.50 sterling. I was calling from the republic of iteland so the call cost more than the 2.50. I called lateroons who Said it was someone new at the hotel and that they shouldn't have called, do it was a waste of the call to the uk. But it only gets worse. I then get an email to say the keys are on the other side if Liverpool and have to be collected from there the girl in the hotel which we rang when we realised this was quite rude and short considering this was phone call number 2. Then the next day, the day before the trip I get call from the hotel up say the credit card that was used to book the hotel needed to be shown on arrival as a security deposit of 150 str was required. My parents are now I'm Liverpool in the base serviced APARTMENTS and I get a phone call from my parents mum is crying the room is not an apartment it's a room and a tiny one at that this is totally disgraceful the worse experience ever. A total shambles will mever use lateroons again and I will endeavour to tell everyone I know personally and on social media sites about this disgusting ordeal from steer to finish and a bday present ruined.
