I have used LateRooms a few times and found booking rooms at short notice to be easy and flexible.
However, recently I had to chop and change after an unexpected change of plans. I phoned the cancellation line three times, twice being cut off after waiting 15mins.
When I finally spoke to someone, he was v helpful and apologetic, but the phone system for changes/cancellations is a pain.
