Ok, so we're not Mr & Mrs Average - we need a wheelchair accessible room. Found a room and booked it - told it was held against my card. Spoke directly with the hotel to confirm details and guess what - They haven't even accepted the booking yet and it wasn't what we wanted so cancelled! NOT a lot of confidence in that.
Finally, all they want you to do is fill in surveys and reviews (well I did this time)!
Moral is - carry on planning well ahead.
