I booked three rooms in Blackpool for a midweek break, but the confirmation showed that four rooms had been reserved. (An internet glitch, or more likely, a room option was probably ticked on the booking form that I hadn't noticed).
I rang LateRooms immediately - it was after 8.30pm, so was happily surprised to find them open. Very helpful and friendly guy immediately cancelled the original booking and made me a fresh one. I received the refund email and the new booking email in less than a minute.
Would definitely use LateRooms.com again
