I placed a booking several weeks before we were due at our hotel, had confirmation number and even had an email from Laterooms 2 days before I was due there reminding me about my date at the hotel. Yet after arriving back from our holiday after a very long trip and finally getting to the hotel, I was informed my booking had been canceled and they were fully booked!! UNBELIEVABLE, the hotel said that Laterooms should have told me that my booking had been canceled but I most certainty had NOT been told anything at al!
Then to make things 100 times worse, EVERY hotel in Luton centre was fully booked (something big going on apparently) so because it was then 3am in the morning, we ended up stranded and having to go back to the airport and sleep! This was the worst experience of my life and have never ever been in this situation ever before. It was terrifying and I am furious that we were put in danger before of the incompetence of Laterooms and this hotel! It ending up costing us an extra 120 pounds to get the first train back home in the morning. I WILL NEVER ever use Laterooms again and this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!
