I find LateRooms.com's website very easy to use, I have never had any problems with the booking procedure and it is always my first choice to find accommodation as near as possible and within my budget to where I am working.
The only problem that I have had is with a couple of hotels that have been booked. The first had no knowledge of my booking, they said they had not received any details. To be fair with a phone call it was quickly resolved. The second was a hotel that had been booked to include breakfast, however on arriving for breakfast I was told it was not included. I had to get my booking confirmation to prove that it was paid for. This is probably more to do with bad management than LateRooms.com. The hotel? The Queens Hotel, Crystal Palace.
All in all, apart from these two minor incidents out of many bookings my experience of LateRooms.com has been really very good and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
