Not impressed at all, the hotel was very dated. The lift was very scary and slow, we waited more than 5 mins at one time to get to our room. The stairwell had no railings and I found it hard to climb up and down to get to our room, which we needed to go down stairs to get to it once we got out of lift.
In the restaurant we ordered a roast dinner, again not impressed, everything seemed frozen, it certainly was not fresh food.
The sky box kept shutting down in the middle of a program.
In fact I booked two nights, looking forward to our stay, but only stayed one as we could not stay another night, as we were leaving that morning the 26th August 2013 instead of 27th a bug was leaping around the bed, I could not believe it, that was the last straw.
I must say in all the hotels I spent in over the years, this definitely was the worse, I have never left a hotel early, I don't like to waste money, all in all my daughter and I did not have a good experience
