“Error in booking”

Unfortunately did not receive confirmation of booking, therefore was not aware that a definitre booking had gone ahead and then received the email too late to cancel the booking. Perhaps the email reminding people of their bookings could be sent a week before to give them time to cancel if an error has been made. Am still awaitning an answer despite taking the money as to whether the booking was confirmed.
