I found a cancellation from the hotel for our stay one week later. The hotel had booked an incorrect date and sent a cancellation because I had not turned up a week early. They refused to help correct the matter in any way and said that it was the fault of Late Rooms and nothing to do with them and that it was the policy of Late Booking. If I had not received this email I would have continued to believe that everything was as it should be and turn up at the hotel with a child, to find no booking!!
I believe that this is quite unacceptable and cost me over £100.
