Laterooms failed to successfully fax my credit card details to the hotel.
I received a concerning email from the hotel claiming that my credit card details were invalid. After contacting laterooms, I was advised that I would now have to contact the hotel in Paris and provide my credit card details again over the phone.
I may as well have booked directly with the hotel in the first instance.
