when i booked through late rooms i was more than pleased with how easy it was. However when arriving at our destination there were no findings of the booking whatsoever. As i took the printed details with us the man on reception had no choice but to find us somewhere, which he did and gave us an upgrade as the room chosen was also booked. All turned out for the best in the end, but could have been very different outcome.
