I looked for a hotel in London for one night, found it Late rooms, went through the process of booking, only to received a call from the Hotel group to say sorry we are full! I accepted that went back on to late rooms and the hotel was still showing availability at the same price. Well what does one do? not trust the web site any further and booked a room through American Express instead! Shall not be using late rooms again! or in fact the said hotel!
