“Why double charge me?”

My booking number is 22978961R.
I booked hotel: Samed Pavilion Resort. Check in date is 10 Jul 2013. Stay 2 night.
I booked hotel through your web.
When I book, at that time I have used my credit card to book.
And I have been charged by my credit card bank.
Because the bank have send email to advised me on 24 Jun 2013.
Now when I arrived hotel, hotel ask me to pay the room cost THB 5000 twice.
(Total THB 10000)
It is mean I have been charged THB 20000 totally.
I think I pay THB 10000 doubly.
I am sure there are something wrong in the transaction.
Please check the transaction, thank you.
I have keep the documents about booking and credit card.
Please tell me what is happen when you have checked the transaction as soon as you can.

All I want is not be charged doubly.
If I had been charged doubly, I just want to get my money back as soon as possible.
