The B&B I chose to book did not take online bookings, therefore I had to contact the call centre. The first time I called I got a recorded message saying that they were very busy, and I could either wait or enter my number to get a call back. I chose to enter my number, and waited at least an hour with no call. I therefore called back, got the same message, and this time chose to wait. My call was picked up within 5 minutes. I have never got the call back!
The process of booking once I got through was very simple and straightforward.
