“Poor access to room”

Got to hotel to find we had room 22.Then to discover the lift had not been working for two weeks,so we had to climb 8 flights of stairs decided to have a cup of coffee only to discover that milk was off.The best of the hotel was the breakfast plenty of choice but I don't think I will be going again
