“FAILED BOOKING FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMER”

BOOKING REFERENCE 22592522.I MADE A RECENT BOOKING FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY AT t he granary for myself and my wife on the 1st and 2nd of July.By chance I telephoned the Granary owner Phillipa the day prior to travelling.It was then that i discovered that no reservation had been made by your company.Phillipa was able to accommodate us on short notice. This would not have been the scenario should we have arrived without me first making that phone call.This is the first time i have used LATE ROOMS.COM,and i am sure you wont be surprised that i feel very let down by your company and angry.I am of course interested to here what you have to say about this matter.
