Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, comfortable room. Bed was really comfortable. Some of the reviews talked about the 'pod' bathroom. It was big enough for us and the provision of shower gel and hand wash was a nice surprise. Nice bar and casual restaurant area although we were leaving early so didn't make use of the provision of breakfast so cannot comment. Having to use your key card to operate the lift was a security aspect we appreciated. No criticisms at all and would gladly return and recommend it to friends.
