“Lost”

I called and spoke to a girl who was very helpful but through no fault of her own she could not book for me. I called back 10 mins later and though the chap was really friendly, he seemed a little lost in his duties. He finally completed my booking and I got confirmation through but it did take a while. I know you have to be careful in the bookings but when the customer is paying the bill we do not want it to cost us.
