The actual booking was easy but when I received the automated receipt the dates didn't exactly tally with dates I booked. This caused some anxiety which was resolved by a phone call but it would have been more courteous to offer to call me back rather than have me hold on until the matter was sorted.
I also had to ask for a follow up email confirming the change. Because I felt unsure I then rang the hotel myself.
I would use Laterooms again as anybody can make a mistake but if there was a repetition there would be no third chance.
