I booked 3 rooms at Crosswinds Suites Tagaytay on Laterooms in the afternoon but by evening there was a change and I needed 5 rooms at the same place. I could see availability online but i had to make a cancellation first then a new booking so I called the call centre.I was attended to by a lovely guy (Anton) I thinks and not only did he call the hotel directly to check availability immedietly, but made my cancellation and new booking too. He went the extra mile for me and I was impressed. I would definately use Laterooms again because they are very professional and helpful.
