The actual online booking process was faultless however the information with regards to room availability is somewhat incorrect. I booked a large superior room but upon arrival the room we were given was just a standard room and told no superior rooms were available. The hotel were initially still wanting to charge me the price laterooms had supplied for a superior room however, after eventually arguing this I was offered a reduction yet I still had to pay more for the standard room than what laterooms were advertising for it when I made the booking.
