I was more than pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff when I booked our trip to Venice. The female member of staff I spoke to was very polite and courteous and it wasn't a problem when I had to cancel a couple of other hotels which had been booked then friends cancelled a few days later.The prices are also very reasonable and booking on-line is extremely easy with all the relevant information you need to help you choose a hotel etc. I would definitely use this company again and would recommended them to anyone!
