This is the third time I have used this site to book a short break and I find it very easy to use as I am not all that good with computers.Every thing is set out to make it a quick and simple, only this time I had a hiccup on the last page and could not book but there is a phone no: to use so I did this and the man on the other end was very polite and did not make me feel an idot. All went well and now I am ready for my next break. Thanks.
