I made two booking with this site. The first hostel had a great discounted price and so I booked on but very soon after, I received an email from the hostel telling me that they has made an error in the pricing and were going to charge me £100 more than what was advertised. The support team at laterooms.com did respond withing 48 hours but were unable to challenge the hostel about their dealings with me which I found disappointing.
It is also quite difficult to cancel a booking on this site because it has to be done by making a phone call which is difficult when you live outside of the country.
