We just found the whole thing very easy to follow and experienced no problems. We did put in our expected time of arrival but noted that it reverted back to the default time of 1400 hrs. We liked the confirmation email which we have printed out and can take with us. We like the instructions and the map of how to get there.
We have used Late Rooms for booking before and anticipate doing so again in March.
