I use Late Rooms almost exclusively for business and pleasure and to be honest i find the site easy to navigate and the rates on offer are always about the lowest. There are plenty of hotels and the reviews are good.

However, I had 1 particularly bad experience at a hotel in Scotland. I booked the hotel with Late Rooms and because there was a local very large conference. I got 'BUMPED' from the room. it happened to me, a colleague and two others all booking through Late Rooms./ The hotel behaved disgustingly and Late Rooms, whilst initially trying to help, did nothing to a, sanction the hotel, b, compensate me for the extra cost incurred, c, inform me of anything at all even after repeated calls and emails.

I will continue to use them but not recommend them.
