I always look here first for accommodation and to date it has never failed to find me a bed for the night at the right price.

I have also phoned to book rooms when am very late at booking and the staff at laterooms are fab. I've only had one issue and that was i didn't know the location of where i was staying or have access to a map so i was totally dependent on the adviser using a postcode. Of course 5 miles doesn't seem far but it is 1hr across a busy city. I can only ask that maybe the advisers processing these enquiry have a map in front of them.

I love the map search facility along side the list, the review ratings and details. The one thing which would really help is if there was a dog or pet friendly search facility.
