“Easy peasy”

I booked a room at a hotel in Tenerife where all other agents displayed 'hotel full'. Late rooms was able to offer me a choice of rooms and even suggested a superior room than the one I originally chose.
The customer service gentleman was courteous, patient and made me feel confident with booking through late rooms as this was the first time I had used this site. Recommend highly.
