I have used Late rooms.com many times before and found it to be a great site.I booked a room for myself&a friend online last month and unfortunately i pressed the wrong mnth resulting in booking a room a mnth in advance!I was however very shocked and dissappointed in being told that i couldnt cancel this room and would be still charged for it.Now i admit it was my own stupidity in the first place but was a genuine mistake and now im paying for a room that will not be used as i cannot make the dates!!
