“On line booking”

I am very experienced at ordering items on line. I filled in the details to book the hotel and pressed enter to make the booking. Nothing happened and I was left wondering what to do next as I did not want to repeat the entry in case I booked twice. I know that I had pressed the display button as it 'depressed'slightly. There was nothing I had left unentered in the detail boxes and nothing was displayed to say tha tI had done anything incorrectly. In the end, I phoned the office and made the booking by that means.
