im not usually the one to complain or make a fuss, however the stay we had was appalling. it was in december with one thin sheet on the bed, there were stains all up the walls, the hairdryer in the room was broken and i called down to the reception, he told me i had to come down stairs to get it, i mentioned i had wet hair and i would appreciate it if he could bring one up to the room that works, by the time i received the hair dryer.. my hair was dry.
the continental breakfast looked like it had cost them 5p. the yoghurt was disgusting and the bread rolls and pastry were almost stale.
i would not recommend staying at this venue, there are hotels either side cheaper and which look a lot nicer.
for £67 a night, i would of booked a premier inn instead it probably would be nicer!
