room great as usual unfortunately the same can't be said for the bar staff this evening,came across as rude and uninterested in having plain good manners a please and thankyou costs nothing,also the lift was out of order from the carpark to the hotel reception area and when a calls was put in for assistance there was no response at all, this is our 4th stay at the renaissance and maybe our last?
