The service I received from lastminute.com was absolutely shocking. I was given less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation,(of a theatre show) when the agent called I asked him to book me into another date, he said he would call me back to let me know what was happening. After over an hour of not getting a call, I called back to try and rebook tickets.
when I asked them to rebook me into a different date they said they couldn't and I would have to get a refund and rebook myself. When I asked why they wouldn't rebook for me I was given no explanation. After getting no where with their customer service I agreed to take a refund. They said they could only refund me within 7-10 working days. Not only was the customer service agents useless.. they didn't even care to help at all.
Thank goodness for Amazon now doing theatre tickets manged rebook from them for cheaper and a much better service.
