I made a reservation on Wednesday the confirmed leg was different to what I had requested, never the less I had bought full flex, I called customer services on 7 occasions and was assured someone would call back and make the change for me, this never materialized, when someone finally got in touch on Friday they gave me a deadline to confirm that I wanted to cancel my trip, when all along all I wanted to do was change my ticket, they finally got back to me to confirm I couldn't use the full flex policy as I missed the deadline to cancel. I am out of pocket for the full amount of the ticket due to their customer service incompetence, steer very clear of this company.
