Disgrace! They cancelled by booking 30 min before the show!!

I booked some theatre tickets via lastminute.com in advance. On the day, they called me 30 minutes!! before the show (I was right in front of the box office) and told me that my booking was rejected by the theatre. They did not even offer me a full refund - since we have already been to the restaurant that was part of the deal and on top of that I had to explain my sister with me why her birthday present was ruined. I was in total £30 minus that was the travel cost into central London, not to mention the time it took to get there.

I asked to speak to the manager after speaking to customer services and coming to no agreement how this could have happened after my booking was confirmed days ago. I was promised a call back but haven't heard about them since.

Beware! You do not want to be told on the other side of the world that your hotel was fully booked because lastminute.com ended up selling more tickets than what they had.

I would not recommend to anybody to do business with them. Terrible, disappointing and incompetent!
