We just purchased a city break to Amsterdam, great deal for flights and 5 star hotel. Experienced issues with the website crashing twice whilst going through checkout, but third time managed to successfully book. However received the order confirmation with different flights to what we selected, low and behold with a stop (undesirable flight!)

Phoned immediately for the phone to ring out twice (despite 24/7 customer services) so phoned again first thing in the morning explaining the situation and that if we couldn't change the flight to cancel. We were told that wouldn't be necessary and IT would look into it and call us back within 1 hour. Nobody did so phoned again at 10 and the person had no details on the system of our call and would pass to IT and phone back in 3 hours. 5 passed no answer, phoned put on hold for half hour, phoned again and on hold for another half hour (this happened 4 times after) eventually got through to a supervisor who told us website doesn't make errors and it's our fault so could not cancel and also over the 12 hours cancellation period. I explained we phoned twice within the cancellation period, but he said no notes on system so not valid. I pointed out they record their calls so look back and he refused. simply said there was nothing they will do, it's our fault and because not on their notes I can't cancel.

Very rude staff. Purposely don't record your calls so that you can't cancel. Never phone back, you need to constantly phone them and sit on hold. All a conn! And by looks of the reviews I'm not the first person to get different flights to what you actually book.

Now stuck on flights that I didn't book but still need to pay for.

Don't use them, so unreliable and customer services is not existent!
