I tried to book a hotel and the booking didnt went through but my money has been deducted from my card. When i called their customer services.
below is there revert.
"Dear Customer, We do apologies for inconvinience caused. The reason for your booking didnt went through is the hotel, which you are trying to book was not full."
Heck, why web site is NOT showing availability ? Why it is allowing to process the money if the rooms are not available ? Why you deduct the money ??
