Booked a holiday to Las Vegas with Lastminute.com, 48 hrs after booking and paying in full i received a mail saying my booked flights were not available and offered alternatives which were more expensive with an additional 19hrs travelling time. This was not acceptable so asked for my money back to book elsewhere, they refunded but refused to return the £20 credit card fee they had charged, all their call centres and
e-mail correspondence comes from outside of the UK, you get the impression they speak / understand very little English, have had to open a dispute proceeding via Mastercard which i could do without!!!
Do no use this company.
