Tried to book on line but their website had a technical problem, called to try and book over the phone and they tell me the room I want is no longer available, I asked if this was because I had already got so far with the booking online (to the point of paying) and they said it wasn't. They offered me another room for £30 more so I took this anyway. On speaking direct with the bnb after this, they tell me the other room is still available!! Call last min.com back and they can't tell me until the next day whether they can book me into the room I originally wanted. They called me back next day when we were on route to the bnb, talk about last minute(!), they agree to change our booking and refund the cost of the more expensive room, apparently this refund will go thru within 24hrs, 48hrs later, still no refund. Called them back again, apparently my money is being held by the bank, strange, I've never experienced a delay like that before with my bank, refunds are usually instant... They have told me to give it a few days.
