Booked a holiday to Las Vegas hotel & flights, I have had 4 time changed since booking. Flight ended with a change of airline stopping over in New York for 3 hours no information about this change has been received only found out when I tried to check in on line. I have spent hours on the phone to them over the last few weeks. No compensation, no return calls. This company needs reporting for the terrible service. Do not use them for anything ever

I booked room in Britannia Hotel in Coventry Centre through the website: http://www.lastminutetravel.co.uk/, but unfortunately, when I went to the hotel I didn't find any booking details so in this case, I booked from the hotel in person. After that, I have found my credit charged twice one's from the hotel and another one from the website. So I asked the website to refund me. They told me the hotel will refund me after two weeks but until now about three weeks there is nothing. So be careful from this website: http://www.lastminutetravel.co.uk/
