Following many years of booking and arranging holidays myself and being convinced there was no advantage in an upmarket holiday Travel agent I was shocked when the cruise and trips etc I had arranged all went belly up because the cruise line went bust. I was persuaded to go with Kouni for the replacement holiday once the atoll money came through and its totally changed my views. So easy , so secure and such a weight of my mind to know all was secure and when I arrived I realised I had really got the best and that I had been wasting my time all these years. Holiday = no stress, no hassle= Kuoni for me from now on.
