Terrible

I am so disappointed with my experience with Kuoni for our honeymoon I can't even waste the energy summarising various issues here. I just want to say you pay a premium price but we weren't treated like premium customers. I would never book with this company again. Our gift list for our wedding was with them and when guests heard of our troubles they stopped donating. They gave us cash and other gofts instead. We were conpensated in the end by Kuoni but it wasn't enough and what I asked for in my letter as well as a partial refund was an apology. The apology was more important than the money but the apology is something we never got. If they had apologised and not given any cash this would have been more valuable. They don't understand their customers. We Just got an impersonal letter stating this is our final offer. They didn't even answer all of the questions in my complaint. Anyway as a result I am now writing reviews so others can make an informed choice. I kept silent for a while as was too stressed and exhausted from the whole experience.
