We holidayed in Mauritius in November as a couple. Our experience with Kuoni was excellent from start to finish. Were made to feel very welcome. Our travel agent was knowledgable about the island,helped us to decide what would work best for us. really listened to what we said we did/didn't like. Then once we had made our booking,we were able to make some changes with no trouble whatsoever.

The holiday itself was fabulous from start to finish. The standard of hotels that Kuoni offers is second to none. We were so happy with Kuoni that we have booked a family holiday through them. We felt very taken care of.

Would highly recommend. No negatives to report at all.
