In 2016 we used Kuoni for the first time to book a special holiday. The service we received was great. The member of staff we dealt with was not only friendly & actually listened to what we wanted, she was very knowledgeable. Her suggestions were helpful & relevant & her recommendation turned out to be spot on. The hotel was just what we wanted & location amazing. She even informed the hotel that it was a special occasion & they responded by making My day one to remember.
The whole process of booking & paying for our holiday was simple & very efficient & most importantly the holiday was everything we had hoped for, Mauritius didn't disappoint, the only negative aspect was that the sales lady only sold us 10 nights she should have recommended 2 weeks!! Needless to say we will be booking future holiday with Kuoni.
