booked a holiday to cuba which was fascinating

all travel went well although our scheduled internal flight from the cayo back to havana which should have been early morning got put back to evening due to people flying out on day trips and this meant that we lost nearly a whole day in havana which we were looking forward to
understand that this is probably out of your control but if seats are booked then surely they should not be given away ?

hotels were all great - the resort room /suite was excellent
the only thing letting the hotel down was it's food which was not 5 *
breakfast service was slow although the staff were great and tried hard
lunch time buffet was great but dinner menus were poor
