Kuoni has recently started offering European holidays. At face value they appear to care about their customers as, after filling in customer care form having booked the holiday I had a phone call wanting to discuss my comments.
Sadly, the holiday was not without its issues. The hotel was not as advertised (rude staff, unsafe electrics among other issues), Kuoni passed on our details to third parties who phoned us late at night demanding to meet up with us, which was very scary. We were accused of theft because Kuoni hadn't provided us with the correct paperwork and the local companies in partnership with Kuoni don't trust Kuoni for payment.

On return we queried how we made a complaint, Kuoni have been abrupt, disinterested and make it very clear that they only have to respond with 28 days and will make no attempt to put things right.

Avoid until they sort out their European offerings. Teething problem I can accept, but when things go wrong, put the effort in please !

I am very disappointed. Having been a customer in the past on a round the world deal which they excelled at, their dismissive attitude now is certainly influencing my thoughts on using their 'services' in future.

So much for 'your holiday is safe in our hands'
