“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE KFX”

I had a really bad experience after purchasing the voucher on the Groupon Website for a holiday to Mallorca. I tried to book the dates for my holiday on KPX online form as instructed on Groupon. The form was not updated and showing available dates of 2013. I phoned the KPX office explaining that their form were not up to date, we are in 2014 and the calendar on the form was showing 2013. I asked if they could assist via phone. The guy of KPX said yes, I could book the dates, the flights time and leave my details via phone. 3 easy things for a normal person. I had obviously every details ready as I tried to fill the form online before. The call started at 5 pm o'clock and finished at 7.30 pm with me drained begging to speak to his manager or a colleague with more communication skills than this “travel agent”. 2 hours and a half trying to agree on 3 things. MY PASSPORT DETAILS: I don’t know if it was a linguistic problem but I had to repeat my personal details at least 8 times. The operator seemed not understanding English. AIRPORT: The airport stated on the Groupon voucher was Luton and that's why I bought the voucher, I wanted to leave from Luton. The dates available on the Groupon voucher were in September and October. That's when I wanted to go on holiday. The guy at KPX said it was not possible to leave from Luton, so he suggested me to fly from Gatwick or Stansted instead. I said I might have been able to fly from Gatwick, even if at additional cost and time for me, so I tried to book the flights 3 times and the operator came back saying Gatwick wasn't available anymore now at the same cost, I should have paid extra £30 each person each way… ?!? Obviously I said no, I bought a voucher stating as a airport Luton, so I want to leave from Luton. DATES: He said if I wanted to leave from Gatwick or Luton I should have change the dates so he started suggesting I should have left in July, August, June, May, even the following week, obviously at additional costs. I said no again as I wanted to go in the period the ad was suggesting and for the price I agreed when I bought the voucher on Groupon Then he said that other people before me bought the voucher and chose the dates I wanted therefore I had to choose another period as September and October weren't available anymore. I replied I was the first person to buy this voucher as soon as he came out (Group on tells you, "you are the first to buy this voucher") and it was impossible that there were no more spaces. LOCATION: then eventually he said I could go on that time, at that price and from Luton (OMG I couldn't believe it, I was close to get what I actually bought, lucky me eh!) but he KPX said I had to change the Resort because the one advertised and promised on Groupon was fully booked... I thought it was a joke at this point and I replied the same: How can it be fully book when I'm the first person buying this deal?!!? does it mean Group on advertise something that you don't have available?? The KPX guy said that Groupon does it sometimes to sell more. they advertise offers that the companies are not able to give so customers buy it as they are attracted but than the companies try to sell something else (obviously lower quality, higher price). !!!! Seriously!!! This is who you are and the company you are working with! I have asked to speak to his manager after 2 hours and a half of speaking to someone that tried to fool me or thought he was speaking with an idiot. I thought that was not fair. I bought a voucher and I wanted to get what I bought. If I can't get what I paid for I want a refund but at least I want to say to Groupon who they are working with. The guy said I could have not spoken to his manager till the following day after 2 pm but not later than 3 pm. I have to work and a life too but I agreed for desperation. I receive a call after 20 min from KPX again saying that now I could have choose the dates stated on Groupon, I could have flied from Luton and magically now there was even space in the Resort promised in the offer. The only problem now is that I have to fly arriving at 2 am on the way there and back at 4 am to London. Guys,I accepted it! I was really frustrated and drained, I needed a holiday right there, I felt fooled and depressed after dealing for 3 hours with this unprofessional person representing a rubbish agency. They tried to make me accept their conditions and dupe me and I partially did in the end as I felt without no choice. The most horrible experience of my life. I will never buy or deal with them again, it’s a promise! Mind also what they are ready to say about Groupon in order to sell! They are giving Groupon a bad reputation! I definitely won’t buy a holiday on Groupon anymore.

“Rubbish company”

I tried to book a holiday with groupon vouchers. Within a very short time KPX were on the phone for details of my requirements. The flight to Istanbul arrived at 19.10pm then 2hour wait for another flight arriving at 23.45pm followed by a 2 hour coach journey I refused and was told the option was to pay a further £220 for a direct flight.Stupidly I did this,then a further £55 for a suitcase!After booking the flight I was told that the offered hotel was full in 9 months time. I told him to cancel the booking .He said he couldnt as the flights were booked He told me that the holiday would be confirmed in 4-5 days. Despite E-mails to the company I have had no confirmation 17 days later and no communication from the company.Groupon have also contacted them.I have given a one star review as it will not submit without a star

Yes It's me again and it's now 29/4/14 and the matter is not resolved .The holiday was confirmed 22days after my money was paid. However I tried to cancel the holiday at the time of booking because KPX did not provide the hotel as advertised and direct flights(as advertised) . KPX refused to cancel. I am not looking forward to the holiday and fear I will be left stranded in Turkey as I am sure things will go wrong. Already the return flight time has been re-scheduled to arrive back in Gatwick at 1.35am. I have liased with Groupon on a daily basis over all this but it is KPX that are at fault.They have caused a stressful 4 months and many sleepless nights The holiday advertised at £299 each now totals £872

“never ever again !!!!”

That company is a full of lying people !!! One man wanted to book a fly for me at 23pm easyjet, and said if i want earlier fly i need to pay,but.. easy jet dont have flight so late so i said ok, book for me this flight because i want pay nothing extra !!And then he said ok i can give you a better option just give me a moment. The worse company on the world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Terrible Customer Service”

I purchased a holiday on Wowcher (who were great) but unfortunately the company to sort out the travel and accommodation was KPX Travel. Their communication was limited and not professional in any way, shape or form! Firstly they tried to book myself and my partner into a hotel that was not advertised with the deal. This hotel did not have good reviews so I refused that hotel. They tried to put us on flights with a 5 hour stop in between. Again, something that was not mentioned in the deal so again I refused. Eventually, they found us a half decent hotel and decent flights! In regards to the email confirmation which they promised to send out within 24 hours... 7 days later, I'm still waiting. I have called them numerous times, got passed back and forth, called the customer services who as helpful as a chocolate teapot! NEVER AGAIN - KPX TRAVEL !!!!!!! :( YOU SUCK!

“Poor service”

I bought a group to go Tallinn Estonia with kpx travel, they have terrible customer service, I repeatedly was hung up on and passed from person to person, when I finally got through I was told that the dates that I had booked which were between 10-28th jan was not available even though I was the only person on the group on website that had purchased for that date period, I was then told that I could go the date I wanted if I paid a supplement of £101 per person, this company are trying to take peoples money, do not book with them, I contacted group on and received a refund, very disappointed with how bad a service kpx provided and the attempt of trying to take more money from me.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were all very helpful. However the shuttle bus did not come that often and stopped a bit too early. This was a bit of a pain, as it was quite a walk to go anywhere.

It is easy to find the right holiday from the choice of packages available. The booking process is very straight forward and the staff are all very helpful. I have booked my last three holidays with an advisor, and I find him to be a very good agent. He has been more than happy to answer all my questions when I have had to contact him.
